I booked a last minute late appointment and they accommodated it with no issues at all. The nail art is so detailed and beautiful, and they really listened to what I wanted and executed it to perfection. The talent of the nail artist is unmatched! I also got a pedicure and following a recent procedure on one of my toenails I was a little worried about the treatment however I communicated this and they were very understanding, asked questions to ensure they understood and were very gentle. The service was friendly, efficient and welcoming. I wish I lived in Hoi An so I could come all the time!!!
