\n1. Prepare tools & hygiene
\nClean towel, foot bath<\/p>\n
Callus remover (if needed), specialized heel file<\/p>\n
Exfoliating cream, callus softener (callus remover)<\/p>\n
Moisturizer, moisturizing socks (if available)<\/p>\n
Gloves, mask (for technicians)<\/p>\n
Disinfect tools before and after service<\/p>\n
2. Soak feet to soften skin
\nSoak feet for 5-10 minutes in warm water mixed with spa salt or essential oil.<\/p>\n
Helps soften calloused skin and create a feeling of relaxation.<\/p>\n
3. Apply callus softener (Callus Remover Gel)
\nDry feet, especially heels.<\/p>\n
Apply a layer of specialized skin softener to calloused skin areas (heels, soles of feet…).<\/p>\n
Leave for about 3-5 minutes for the cream to take effect.<\/p>\n
4. Remove calluses
\nUse a paring knife or pumice stone\/heel file to remove dead skin.<\/p>\n
Gently rub in a horizontal motion, avoiding scratching the skin.<\/p>\n
You can wipe clean and repeat 1\u20132 times if the calluses are thick.<\/p>\n
5. Exfoliate the entire foot (optional)
\nUse a scrub or salt scrub to massage the entire foot.<\/p>\n
Helps the skin become smoother and brighter after removing calluses.<\/p>\n
6. Cleanse and condition
\nRinse feet with clean water.<\/p>\n
Dry completely.<\/p>\n
Apply a specialized moisturizer (can be combined with massage).<\/p>\n
